Zahraa Isa

Zahraa Isa is an Analyst in the Fund team at Spring. She graduated from Bahrain Polytechnic with a degree in programming and is dedicated to helping early-stage startups thrive by providing guidance, and support, and empowering them to navigate challenges.

Before joining Spring Studios, she worked at Brinc MENA as a Program Analyst, where she managed program operations, designed comprehensive training programs, and conducted data analysis to track program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Zahraa is passionate about driving economic growth through innovative programs and empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs.
