Josh Rodger

Josh has invested over $300m into startup companies and venture capital funds during his career across Europe, the US, Asia and MENA. At Spring Studios, he leads the investment team and is responsible for all aspects across fund management including sourcing and executing investment opportunities, and portfolio management. Through this experience, Josh has worked across organisations of all sizes from larger entities (such as the Guardian Media Group and Cambridge University) to pre-seed startups.

Having worked in-house both at growth-stage startups and as investor over the last decade, Josh seeks to work alongside founders to build out their business' strategy as well as seeking to help put the practical building blocks in place to achieve this. His areas of expertise include go-to-market strategy, financial forecasting, fundraising and corporate structuring.
